All new accounts must prepay with the exception of nonprofit organizations. For all initial orders, please include a copy of your resale license or not-for-profit I.D. tax certificate with your order.

We accept MasterCard, Visa or business checks. All subsequent buyers may ask for our credit application to qualify for Net 30 terms.

Please remember to add 12% for shipping on prepaid orders. Any overage will be credited to your account.

We ship via UPS and occasionally USPS. No CODs.

If an item is out of stock, we will ship available items and back order the remainder. If any back order will take more than 2 weeks, we will notify you before we ship. You may always call and cancel any back order.

If you need to return a defective item, please call for our return authorization number. Returns without this authorization number will be refused.
